Return and cancellation policy




Not satisfied with your order?
We want to know what we can do better!

You can return your order unused within 14 days of receipt or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will verify the photo and in most cases we can resolve your issue without a refund. We will arrange for your money to be refunded to your account within five working days of receiving your order or have a photo confirmed by our customer service team.

Returns by post

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/colour or to request a refund if it was delivered to a parcel centre near you.

1. CONTACT info@NoriNova.nl

Please contact us by email first to get the return address as we have different distribution centres and we need to identify which centre your package came from based on the reason for the return.

2. HAND IN THE DELIVERY NOTE.

Pack the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return. Therefore, always ask DHL for a tracking code when you return the parcel. Once you have sent the package, please contact us at info@NoriNova.nl if you want a refund or a different size/colour.


Note: Our head office is located in China. Therefore, please note that you need to send your parcel to our supplier (based in Asia) when you return the product.

3. SEND

Go to the nearest parcel centre (post office or parcel shop) and return your parcel.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/colour will be adjusted as soon as possible or a refund will be arranged.

Cancellation of orders
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately: info@NoriNova.nl. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can refund your money unconditionally. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us as soon as they reach you.

Shipping costs
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted from this.

The time it takes to get your exchanged product to you depends largely on your location.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!

 

The expected delivery time has been exceeded. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.

Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

You can request a status via email from our customer service. Please provide your order number and send the email from the same email address where you placed the order.

When can I expect my order?

We don't believe you should overpay for a desired product, so we ship products directly from our supplier.

This saves shipping, storage and packaging costs, allowing us to offer products at a reasonable price.

The timeframe for using orders is divided into parts: Processing time: The order is approved, quality checked and packaged. All orders are sent to our fulfilment centre for dispatch within 48 hours of order placement.Delivery time: This is the time it takes to ship the goods from the fulfilment centre to the final destination.Delivery time is usually 8-16 working days.
